Virginity testing and a lack of evidence

Several cases of virginity testing landed on our lap. Evidence is indisputable. We have the forensic medical reports.

President agreed to pass a decree to criminalise virginity testing. Pending enactment, the Ministry of Health issued a notice to their departments.

In one of our cases, client was subjected to virginity testing 3 times, once by a male doctor. Two of the tests were illegally conducted (not ordered by prosecutor). But we have absolutely no evidence, other than client's statement. My advice was: even if the case is weak, proceed, send a message to doctors and police: we will open a case against you, we will report you, we are watching.
